Hennes & Maurits was established in Västerås, Sweden, in 1947 by Erling Persson. The name was only Hennes, the Swedish word for “her’s”, at that time and was selling only women’s clothing. In 1968, Persson bought a business store named Mauritz Widforss wich was selling hunt equipment and men’s clothing. And this is how it became Hennes & Maurits starting by selling both women’s and men’s clothes.

Today H&M operates in 34 countries and has 73.000 employes all working to the same philosophy: to bring you fashion and quality at the best price.

The new H&M store in Thessaloniki opened last week at Tsimiski street…with a cosmetic department !
I bought mascara and nailpolish  and I really liked it .
H&M does not allow its cosmetic products to be tested on animals, either during the production process or in the finished state !

And as we all know…H&M is one of the leading fashion stores in the world !!!
